Delivery Shipping

Our standard delivery  for orders under £100.00 ex vat is £4.95 inc vat, small orders will usually be sent by first class post, larger orders are sent by Business Post Carrier, larger orders to certain highland post codes and all off shore postcodes will incur a surcharge , if this is the case we will always inform you before we ship.

Orders over £100.00 ex vat will trigger free of charge shipping , surcharges will still apply to these orders.

You can select Business Post 24hr service as an option at checkout £8.11 inc vat.

Business Post deliveries will require a signature so please bear this in mind when choosing your delivery address.

Cuckoo Clocks

These are sent direct from the German factory and usually take 10-14 days, a little longer if made to your order.

Clock is sent by German Post DHL and are fully  mail order packed which is "Drop ship approved" to ensure you recive it in perfect condition.

All orders up to £100.00 ex vat will incur a £5.25 in vat delivery charge irrespective of UK destination; orders over £100.00 ex vat are free of delivery charges.

Returns

Always contact by e mail before making a return.

We will accept any Gardena returns within 30 days of original purchase as long as the product is in original packaging and in perfect condition when it reaches us, we will contact you to arrange your full value credit.

Returning spare parts ordered in error will incur a re stocking charge which is variable depending on the item.
